Hi, I’m Luke Pieczynski.
As a seasoned Creative Director with over two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of cultivating my passion for storytelling within the ever-evolving realm of design. Throughout my career, I've not only honed my craft but also developed a deep-seated love for nurturing the talents of designers and helping companies soar to new heights.
Who am I?
First and foremost, I am a loving husband and proud father. I am a huge LEGO fan, and I also play competitive volleyball, having played in tournaments around the country (both indoor and beach).
Professionally, I am a creative visionary who believes that every project, every design, and every brand has a story waiting to be told. With a keen eye for aesthetics and an unwavering commitment to innovation, I have dedicated my professional journey to transforming ideas into compelling narratives that captivate and resonate.
What do I do?
My role as a Creative Director extends far beyond the conventional boundaries of design. I am a storyteller, a strategist, and a mentor rolled into one. I guide and inspire, leading teams to create experiences that not only meet objectives but also stir emotions and leave lasting impressions.
What drives me?
What fuels my passion is the opportunity to facilitate growth and excellence, both in the designers, developers, and writers I work with and the companies I serve. I firmly believe that the success of any creative endeavor lies in the empowerment of its people. I relish fostering an environment where creativity flourishes and where each designer's unique voice is nurtured and celebrated.
What have I done?
My diverse career journey has seen me in pivotal roles, including Creative Director at a Big 4 consultant, Director of Multimedia Services at a cutting-edge design agency, Interactive Art Director and Digital Strategist in the finance and investment industry, and Creative Manager at a Fortune 500 retailer. Each chapter has added depth and breadth to my creative expertise.
Who have I worked with?
My experiences have allowed me to work with people around the globe, from New York City to Hong Kong, London to Bangalore. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of collaborating with renowned organizations such as PwC, Capital One, and DICK’S Sporting Goods, among many others.
